Maria Robertsson (C), ordförande i kultur- och fritidsnämnden, efter kritiken:"Får väl titta på det"
Kultur- och fritidsnämndens ordförande Maria Robertsson (C) säger att de kommer diskutera om de ska göra några förändringar efter kritiken från jävexperten Jan Turvall.
När kultur- och fritidsnämnden delade ut bidrag till Klosterruin Kronobäcks vänner satt Michael Pettersson (S) med och röstade, trots att han är medlem i föreningen och hans fru är ordförande. Han anmälde inte jäv, varken i år eller förra året, även om han gjorde det 2024.
Nämndens ordförande, Maria Robertsson (C), säger att nämnden har en praxis:
– Vår riktlinje är att om man sitter i styrelsen för en förening, då går man ut. Är man endast medlem får man vara kvar – men får själv känna efter hur det känns, säger hon.
– Det skulle bli ett himla spring och bli tomt kring vårt nämndsbord om alla skulle gå ut för att de är medlemmar.
– Sedan vet jag att det är en väldig jakt på alla jävsituationer "hit och dit". Jag kan inte se att vi gjort något fel.
★ Vad menar du med jakt?
– Jag menar ingenting. Jag tycker inte att det varit något problem i vår nämnd, säger hon och tillägger att det säkert finns vissa utifrån som kan ha synpunkter.
När Robertsson får höra vad jävsexperten Jan Turvall säger kallar hon det "tråkigt".
– Då får vi väl titta på det till kommande gång när vi delar ut bidrag. Alla får väl göra om och göra rätt i så fall, säger hon.

La presidenta Maria Robertsson (C) dice que discutirán si deben hacer cambios tras las críticas del experto Jan Turvall.
Cuando el comité distribuyó subvenciones a los Amigos de la Ruina del Monasterio de Kronobäck, Michael Pettersson (S) participó y votó, a pesar de ser miembro de la asociación y su esposa ser la presidenta. No declaró conflicto de interés, ni este año ni el anterior.
La presidenta Maria Robertsson (C) afirma que el comité tiene una práctica establecida:
– Si formas parte de la junta de una asociación, te retiras. Si solo eres miembro puedes quedarte, pero debes juzgar por ti mismo, dice.
– Sería un caos tremendo y nuestra mesa quedaría vacía si todos tuvieran que retirarse por ser miembros.
– También sé que hay una enorme caza de situaciones de conflicto de interés. No veo que hayamos hecho nada mal.
★ ¿Qué quiere decir con caza?
– No quiero decir nada. No creo que haya habido ningún problema en nuestro comité, dice.
Cuando Robertsson escucha lo que dice el experto Jan Turvall, lo llama "lamentable".
– Entonces tendremos que revisarlo la próxima vez. Todos tendrán que rehacerlo y hacerlo bien, dice.
